How to Start Playing:

1. Download Dark Souls II or III and install it. (^{other repacks or even the official version are possible, but not recommended)}

2. Download the patch and run it, following the installer instructions to apply it to the correct game.

3. Launch Steam and log in, owning the game is not required.

4. Now you can run the Dark Souls Online shortcut on your desktop and start playing!
